Patient Governance

Policies & Patient Information

Essential guidelines ensuring a safe, respectful, and confidential healthcare experience for everyone.

Zero Tolerance Code of Conduct

Suprema Medical Centre enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed toward our doctors, nurses, administrative team, or fellow patients. Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of the doctor-patient relationship and potential reporting to local law enforcement.

Communication & Telephone Policy

During consulting hours, doctors are actively seeing patients and cannot immediately take incoming phone calls unless an urgent emergency arises. Our reception team will take a detailed message and pass it to the practitioner, who will review and return calls when safe to do so.

Obtaining Test & Pathology Results

To maintain diagnostic accuracy, confidentiality, and proper clinical follow-up, test results (blood pathology, biopsies, radiology) are generally not given out over the telephone by reception staff. Patients are requested to book a follow-up appointment with their requesting doctor to discuss findings and subsequent management.

Repeat Prescriptions & Specialist Referrals

Repeat prescriptions and specialist referrals require a clinical review to ensure your medications remain safe and appropriate. Please plan ahead and book an appointment before your medication runs out.
